Everyone is so helpful and the doctor is very informative. He makes sure you understand what issues you may or may not be having with your eyesight. I’ve been to this place more than once and I strongly encourage anyone to make an appointment. The place is clean and well kept. I got assistance with picking out glasses to make sure they fit my face. Selina was wonderful when checking out. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Chris Hamilton is excellent! You can tell he really cares about his patients and the work he does. We need more docs like him. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this optical outlet branch specifically.
Everyone was so friendly from the beginning. The eye doctor was so helpful and helped me out a lot with the contact fitting and eye exam. He was also just very nice and personable. Selina was very helpful at checkout as well. She helped me get the right contacts that were completely covered by my insurance.
I highly advise against receiving any sort of care or service here. While the doctor himself is very nice and informative, you will get awful customer service. I have been told on multiple occasions that someone will contact me or send me a document I need within the next few days, and they have still failed to provide me with this. Each time I call about this, I have to sit on hold for up to 30 minutes just to speak to someone. Additionally, I have waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen at my visit. They have additional fees for things like contacts that they are not up front about. Dealing with this place has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in a while. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
