Love the doctor. Very Thorough. But when I call about glasses that have not come in after the expected time. I get there not in. That all so I ask why not. Let me see if I can locate them. Should the computer tell you where they are. After 18 working day u can and have to ask can you please find them. I get didn’t pass inspection ... after 18 days you would think I would have the when u was told 15 days and the first time I called (week and half Prior) the where on the way to the office. But I have made all the calls to them to find out anything
Frantic parent at the time I called: the person I spoke with here was beyond professional! My wife and I were dealing with our child who poked pupal and the pediatrician could not treat her. We looked to Central FL Eye Care to help. I got short with the woman when attempting to set something up because I did not care about insurance covering it or not. She did not get mad, she was very understanding and helped get us set up with their other location in Tampa. Wife was very impressed with the service too.
I had a not-so-pleasant experience, so I expressed that through a review here on yelp. I’m not sure if the associates just recognized the situation after it happened, or maybe somebody read the review and decided to extend an olive branch. I was sent a very kind letter and care package from the facility, this is exactly the type of kindness the worlds needs. Thank you to the doctors and staff for reaching out, it meant a lot to feel like I was heard. I deeply appreciate the effort, and they have no longer lost me as a patient.
Very pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated by Dr. Eric Carlson and his staff at Central Florida Eye Care Associates in Plant City. My insurance company switch me to them and the first thing I noticed was how easy it was to get an appointment within a day of when I called and when I got there I was taken right in for the exam without having to wait a long time in some waiting room and then I was even more surprised on how in-depth testing they did and took time more so than I scene at other eye care places I've been to and then best of all, Dr. Carlson talked with me about my eyes and my vision and for the first time l actually felt I got a true assessment of my vision. Five stars for the doctor and his staff.
The staff was very rude and especially the front reception. Equipment and office needs alot of work. Avoid this place for bad costumer service.
